Shipping and return policies for People Get Ready

Shipping Info

We ship all orders via USPS. CD orders within the US will ship via USPS First Class Package Mail. VINYL orders within the US will ship via USPS Priority Mail. All orders outside the US will ship via USPS First Class International Package Mail.

Most US orders should take no longer then five (5) business days from ship-out to delivery. International orders vary from one business week up to three business weeks (15 business days) due to distance and customs policies unique to each international destination.

Your order will typically ship-out within 48 hours, but please read on as there are of course exceptions to this rule. Orders only ship-out Monday through Friday, except for all major holidays. Orders placed over the the weekend, starting on Friday, will not ship till the following Monday. Pre-orders will ship-out as noted on the product page. Please Note - any other products ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item will NOT ship-out until the pre-order ship-out date!

If you feel your order has been lost, dropped, or canceled - as it has not arrived in a timely fashion, please contact us via email at store@quitescientific.com or by using the contact form by clicking on the link in the lower right-hand corner marked "For all other inquiries, including help with merch, CLICK HERE".

Return Policy

If for some reason your order arrives defective, 'cause we know there would be no other reason to return such lovely music, please return the defective item within 10 business days to the following address and make sure to include a note stating the reason for the return and an address which we can ship a brand new shiny right-off-the-line replacement to.
